We are seeking an Order Coordinator to support the sales growth of one of our Canadian national accounts. The right candidate will understand the business needs, challenges and concerns of our customers, and is dedicated to exceeding expectations. This role will work with the sales and support team to quote and manage customer orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing quotes and orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking orders, and supporting the inside sales team with order information.
  • Developing support relationships with sales representatives.
  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system
  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Strong excel and Google sheets knowledge
  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus without losing sight of projects and goals
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Experience with Infor/M3 a plus
  • Passport or enhanced ID with ability to cross Canadian border

Work Environment:

Generally indoor work environment with variable conditions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently sit for long periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift 20 pounds unassisted.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers.
