Qualifications

The IT Support Specialist resolves daily IT issues through troubleshooting and utilizing the IT helpdesk system to document incidents and implement solutions. This role involves direct collaboration with end-users and the IT team.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support and customer service by addressing end-user ticket requests and inquiries.
  2. Record incidents and calls accurately in the IT helpdesk ticket system.
  3. Offer on-site and remote technical support, including training, troubleshooting, hardware installation, and software issues.
  4. Collaborate closely with the IT Director and the Global IT team on projects.
  5. Act as a vital team member, demonstrating ownership, follow-through, initiative, awareness, and effective communication with customers, peers, upper tiers, and management.
Requirements

  1. Associate degree in IT or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 administration.
  3. Knowledge of SAP, Sage ERP X3, and Mitel is preferred
