About this job


As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support for a group of individuals who are Advisors and Investment Managers. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment, expense reports, and email management. While some of the focus of this job is on the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, incumbents may also spend substantial time performing clerical duties. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsible for providing basic secretarial, administrative or clerical support.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Fielding telephone calls, filing, data entry
  • Coordination of meetings and schedules
  • Various reporting
  • Ordering of supplies/equipment
  • Completing expense reports
  • Managing emails and client communications
  • Working on special projects as needed

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • High School diploma, GED
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • 1 - 5 years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $22 -$38 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
