Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Kimball, MN. This position involves serving elementary, middle school, and Pre-K to high school students in both Kimball and Maple Lake Schools. We offer W-2 employment status and comprehensive benefits to our full-time employees.

Position Details:

  • 1.0 FTE SLP position in Kimball for the Elementary/Middle School
  • 1.0 FTE split between Maple Lake and Kimball Schools for Pre-K/High School
  • In-person position for the current period


  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy interventions targeting speech articulation, language skills, fluency, and pragmatic communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as necessary
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of therapy sessions and student progress


  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of special education processes, IEP development, and relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
