Position Responsibilities

As the Customer Success (CS) Intern, you will work directly with the Customer Success team to provide support to internal customer programs and team members.

Deltek welcomes you to apply to our Summer Internship Program. The Internship Program features: a paid internship, a remote based role within the US working 30 plus hours a week, relevant and challenging work, personal and professional development opportunities, an intern social activity, and exposure to Deltek leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with new user account set up.
  • Assist in pulling and creating excel reports that cover usage and other customer metrics.
  • Assist in finding contacts for outreach on LinkedIn.
  • Assist in helping our Customer Success team with additional projects to help our customers


  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program with a GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, learning, hands-on environment.
  • Excited to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Works collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Displays excellent communication skills including presentation and written communication skills
  • Degree focus in Business, Sales, Communications is ideal, but all considered
  • Interested in learning about Customer Success and Customer Experience
  • Works effectively with minimal supervision and remotely from home
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Excel, social media, and internet research
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team member, who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to others' ideas.
