Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues as needed.

Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvements.


Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
