Compensation $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

As a Home Care Administrator, here is a big picture view of what you will do: 

  • Manage all aspects of the agency's operations including sales, clinical, clinical supervision, patient and client relations.
  • Recruit, Hire and Oversee all office personnel and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain Positive Client Relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assess patient needs, coordinate care, resolve issues. 
  • Comply with applicable home health laws and standards.

A Few Must Have's for a Administrator

  • RN/BSN with experience as a Healthcare Administrator.
  • VA and DC RN License in Good Standing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.
  • OASIS experience
  • Extensive Knowledge of State and Federal Home Health Care Regulations.
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills.
