We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with a local builder in Frederick, Maryland. As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients' needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback!

This is a temp-to-hire, permanent opportunity. Fully on site in Frederick, MD. Compensation is $20-$24 per hour depending upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and processes.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
