THQ Company is seeking a Social Media Specialist and Marketing Assistant with extensive skills in social media content creation, managing content calendars, graphic design, and video creation. We seek an outgoing, organized, creative person who can initiate a strong social media presence and create motivating content to drive interactions. We seek someone who works well within a team and is eager to create original, unique content.

Responsibilities:

  • Run social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, and TikTok. Manage content calendars for multiple clients at once. Stay ahead on content and keep a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Design content from scratch, creating unique ideas for organic content across multiple social platforms.
  • Shoot and edit short and long videos that fit the client's needs/messaging.
  • Be the face of social media content by being in front of the camera to promote products or services.
  • Write original copy for all social content on all platforms
  • Create and manage analytic dashboards for all social media results
  • Use design tools in the Adobe Suites to create unique content across all platforms
  • Create clear and concise planning for future social media projects, storyboard ideas, and workshop new techniques.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
  • Comfortable working with several clients at once.

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Pinterest.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Indesign, and Illustrator.
  • Capable of managing multiple social media content calendars and keeping a strict schedule.
  • Expansive knowledge of social media trends across all platforms.
  • Dashboarding/Analytics Management
  • Copy-Writing.
  • Outgoing personality with the capability of being on camera.
  • An in-depth knowledge of growing social media followings.
  • Graphic design.

 

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Bonus for bachelor's Degree in related fields.

Experience: Minimum of two years of experience with social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
