We're seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to support our HR Shared Service Center during our busy summer compliance project. This temporary position offers the opportunity to contribute to crucial HR processes, including drug screens and background checks.

  • Efficiently enter data for compliance purposes, including drug screens and background checks, into designated systems and databases.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while processing a high volume of information.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from internal stakeholders.
  • Navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes as needed.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in an HR or compliance-related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications and databases.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, throughout the summer months of May to August.
  • Compensation: $16 per hour
