Store Manager

Full Time/40 hours per week

$40,000.00-42,500.00/year

What you’ll be doing as a Store Manager


Oversee all basic store operations (supervise staff, enforce policies, customer complaints, manage sales and production areas)

Monitor Merchandise flow.

Apply fair and consistent personnel practices as outlined by the personnel policies in the recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, retention, and dismissal of assigned staff.

Supervise the operation of the cash register and its contents daily.

Assisting with other duties as assigned


What skills or experience do I need for this job?


Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Organized with attention to detail

Works well under pressure; ability to multitask

Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate staff

Excellent customer service abilities

Understanding of retail policies and procedures

Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel, customers and agency information at all times in both professional and social situations.

Minimum two years’ supervisory experience

A positive attitude and the ability to work with a team of like-minded individuals.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Vocational, business school or merchandising training preferred

Minimum two years’ management experience in sales preferred
