Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Counselor (LCSW or LCMHC) - Telemed

Resilience Wellness is pleased to announce a Social Worker (LCSW) or Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) position that is 100% Telehealth!

The incoming LCSW or LCMHC will provide services via telehealth along with our Physician Assistant and Clinical Director/Therapist. We provide behavioral health services that support patients of a large primary care and pediatric practice group consisting of clinics across North Carolina. We also accept patients outside of this large physician group.

Work from anywhere

• 40-hour work week but hours can be outside of 8-5 if you prefer
• 100%  telehealth
• 95% of patients come directly from our Primary Care Provider Team so our providers have access to established medical records
• Great Support Team: 1 Clinical Director/Therapist, 1 Advanced Practice Provider, five additional Therapists, 2 Billing and Scheduling Specialists, 2 Practice Managers and more!
• All Scrips EMR
• 1-Hour patient visits

Although fully remote, we have an established support team in place. This position is backed by 2 practice managers, 2 billing and scheduling specialists, a supervising psychiatrist, a clinical director/therapist and five additional therapists. We also have support personnel who facilitate credentialing and an IT department for connectivity and/equipment issues. All IT equipment required for this role is shipped to the provider’s designated place of work.

Providers familiar with AllScripts EHR and/or already credentialed with any major NC insurance company is a plus but not at all required.
