In this position the Account Manager is primary client contact for all jobs in the area.
Field Management

  • Develop production activity calendar
  • Review new equipment technology
  • Plant, Turf & Tree Health Care (finalize annual agronomic plans, develop selective pruning schedule
  • Order fert. & pest products, order premurgent, schedule pre emergent applications
  • Schedule Summer aeration
  • Maintains familiarity with each job’s specifications and insures compliance.
  • Develops and maintains schedules for maintenance work on all jobs.
  • Creates routes for crews and coordinates manpower, equipment and materials.
  • Monitors and arranges schedules for irrigation system on job sites.
  • Monitor and arrange schedule for pest control and fertilization.
  • Manages equipment needs and sees that all equipment in the area is properly maintained.

  • Screens, hires and terminates employees within their area.
  • Evaluates performance of foreman and makes recommendations regarding wages.
  • Develops training goals for all subordinate personnel.

Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be able to the following: Sit for long periods of time, able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time, occasionally required to climb stairs, have normal eye/hand motor coordination and the ability to grasp small objects, possess a normal extended reach, must be able to move about, lift up to 40 lbs, and have the ability to determine colors and possess near perception.
