Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bedford is HIRING NOW for friendly, energetic Express Lane Service Advisors to advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs an oil change, tire rotation, light line maintenance, service, repair work, etc. Excellent customer service skills are required!

Previous service department experience or sales experience in any industry is a plus! This is an entry-level position - we will train you! Automotive mechanical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities - Express Service Advisor:


  • Schedule appointments for oil changes, light line service, maintenance, recall work
  • Greet customers, inspect their vehicle, and answer questions
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs
  • Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
  • Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
  • Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
  • Upon completion of work, review work order with customer

Qualifications - Express Service Advisor: 


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic automotive operational knowledge is helpful
  • Service Advisor experience is a plus but not required – we will train!
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
