When you join the team, not only will you have the opportunity to drive strategy and growth for a number of exciting brands on Amazon, you will also serve as mentor and thought leader to other members of the Client Services team. Our Account Managers have been able to turn small accounts into seven and eight-figure brands on Amazon through strategic selling.

You will also get to use our own proprietary myHorizons analytics tool that is designed to make brand management easier and more effective.

Salary - $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience + bonus
Location - US-based - Fully Remote (Working hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm EST Mon-Fri)

Overview
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established and sophisticated accounts and developing partnerships in a highly collaborative team environment.

Senior Account Managers wear several hats when managing brands, but your core responsibilities will be creation and implementation of brand growth strategy, analyzing trends and reports, Product Detail Page optimizations, Pay Per Click Advertising, and Display Advertising for large and complex accounts

You are an Amazon expert and clients will look to you for guidance on how to run their online business. You will also become familiar with our proprietary myHorizons analytics tool that is designed to make brand management easier and more effective.

You will service brands across a variety of clients across different industries; no two days will be the same.

How You Make A Difference:
Senior Account Managers play an active part in growing large, established brands on Amazon. By developing a working knowledge of our clients and their business strategies, Senior Account Managers build strong client relationships and become their trusted partners for eCommerce strategy.

What You’ll Do:
  • Optimizing advertising on Amazon such as Amazon Sponsored Product Ads, Sponsored Brand Ads, Display Ads
  • Managing relationships and having strong communication with clients and other Envision Horizons team members
  • Prioritizing tasks and staying organized while balancing several brands; making sure that everything is operating smoothly
  • Coordinating with Account Associates and Virtual Assistants to execute overall strategy
  • Constant learning of what is working on Amazon, the competitive landscape, and new features
  • Actively leading team discussions, encouraging participation and knowledge sharing among team members

Responsibilities
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 2-3 years agency experience managing large Amazon accounts ($200k+/month)
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, pet, and/or fashion preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
  • Superior analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Pay Per Click advertising - Amazon PPC is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
  • Proficient in Excel must be able to do vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas
