Account Executive


- Proactively engage with potential clients to expand the client base.

- Keep abreast of industry trends to inform sales strategies.

- Utilize EBMS software for managing sales contacts.

- Foster strong client relationships for tailored event solutions.

- Network and promote the venue at industry events.

- Highlight venue features during facility tours.

- Represent Fairplex at trade shows and within key industries.

- Negotiate proposals and contracts with clients.

- Inquire about client expectations to integrate operational department insights.

- Inform clients of company policies and legal requirements during negotiations.

- Draft detailed proposals and contracts, noting any deviations from standard templates



- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- 3-5 years of sales experience in a relevant field

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales software

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities

- Goal-setting and the flexibility to adjust them as needed

- Organizational abilities and performance in a dynamic environment

- Availability to work on weekends and some evenings
