We are currently seeking Shift Leaders who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions while leading your shift to success. 

As a Shift Leader, not only do we want you to show your own individuality, but you’ll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fired in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes.

Shift Leaders work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:

  • Taking orders, preparing, and firing GREAT pizzas that are in line with company standards

  • Operating a point-of-sale system and cash handling

  • Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining a clean make line

  • Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service 

  • Take initiative and act as a role model to others. 

  • Enjoy working as a team and motivating others.

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

  • Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing guests with GREAT pizzas, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations

  • Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers

  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests

  • At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more Team Members
