What’s a typical day as a TIS Analyst? You’ll be:
• Planning, conducting, and analyzing customer/dealer surveys.
• Creating and posting iN messages to Honda/Acura dealers.
• Monitoring and responding to TIS inbound calls and emails.
• Compiling and providing iN message feedback for collection of parts/information.
• Coordinating and supporting dealer visits and direct connections with customers.
• Conducting field and market research projects.
• Coordinating factory recovery activities.
• Managing technical information communication between AH Engineering and CCA distributors.
• Tracking the status of CCA quality investigations.
• Working with distributors to harvest parts needed for investigations.
• Preparing or modifying technical documents for distribution.
• Posting vehicle information and training material on the Honda Network site.
• Planning and coordinating factory recovery activities.
• Managing the schedule of technical information being posted to the Service Information System.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong background in customer/dealer surveys and market research.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
• Are detail-oriented and able to analyze data and provide meaningful insights.
• Have experience in coordinating activities and managing schedules.
• Are proficient in technical document preparation and modification.
• Have a passion for the automotive industry.
• Are a team player and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
