Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Driverge Vehicle Innovations. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the company. This is a manufacturing position and will require a hands-on approach to the build and see through to completion of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize data analysis tools to assess and analyze operational data.
    • Generate insightful reports to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational metrics.
  2. Process Optimization:

    • Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
    • Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for optimization.
  3. Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes against established benchmarks.
    • Implement measures to ensure the consistent achievement of operational goals.
    • Identify and address any bottlenecks or obstacles to operational efficiency.
  4. Documentation and Standardization:

    • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Ensure adherence to standardized processes across departments.
    • Facilitate training sessions to communicate and implement new processes.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their operational needs and challenges.
    • Work closely with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
