Job Description

Job Summary:
The CNA at HR Employer Solutions Group will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a medical setting. .

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with feeding and toileting as needed
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Ensure patient rooms are clean and organized
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Attend training and educational programs to maintain CNA certification
- Other duties as assigned by the supervising healthcare professional

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
- Previous experience in healthcare or long-term care facility is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, standing, and bending
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
