We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to work in our accounting department. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a full-time bookkeeper is required.

Required skills:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with Rent Manager software would be a plus.
  • Understanding accounting practices and procedures.
  • Process billing and collections
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn new accounting software


  • Data entry
  • Monthly tenant billings and collections
  • Reconciling tenant accounts receivables
  • Communicating with tenants
  • Entering accounts payables
  • Creating monthly accounting reports
