We are hiring teammates 21-23 June, 8 am - 5 pm daily, during our 3-day job fair at the Baymont Inn & Suites, in Baxter.

CGS is seeking to hire temporary Computer Operators to join our team in support to Army National Guard training. We are looking for those who have computer networking as a key job skill. This includes Computer Operators, Information Technology Technicians. You will support in a tent "classroom" environment as the soldiers conduct training reviews.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the daily opening, setup, functionality of all equipment.
  • Works directly with instructors and training analysts to support preparation, execution, and post review actions.
  • Install computer workstations and network to additional electronic equipment used to play and present video files, PowerPoint presentations, and audio recordings in a mobile (tent) setting.
  • Monitor and control computer and electronic data processing actions according to standardized operating instructions.
  • Manage the presentation of information during reviews and will learn how to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Build digital products for National Guard units' future learning opportunities.
  • Responsible for reporting any audio/visual maintenance and sustainment issues impacting delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Information Technologies and Microsoft Office software applications
  • Pass a background check
  • Have a valid Driver's License and be able to commute daily
  • Ability to safely lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in an outdoor environment using military tents and portable restrooms

Work Hours: 8-12 hour shifts, 6-7 days / week, for a total of up to 6 weeks.
