General Laborer - Hardwood Floor Mechanic Trainees

We are seeking Hardwood Floor Mechanic Trainees to join our team. You will perform a variety of tasks associated with the installation and finishing of hardwood flooring. This position will require physical activity which includes a healthy back and knees (must be able to lift 50 pounds).

Applicant must have own transportation to company shop and A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (low points). Must be comfortable using power tools, saws, etc. Full benefits package, paid holidays, vacation and paid overtime. Will train. Employees are paid weekly. Our benefits package includes (after 90 days): Health, Life, Dental and Vision Insurance coverage, and Sword Floors, Inc. will pay 50% of the premium cost for coverage on the employee only; major holiday pay. After one year of employment, you will be eligible to participate in a retirement program (Simple IRA) and also receive one week of vacation.
