We are seeking an Intelligence Analysis Manager to grow and support the Aeronautics’ global supply chain and sustainment operations. You will have an opportunity to create a better world every day, with the opportunity to be involved in some of Aero’s highly innovative and ingenious solutions to complex technical challenges facing the aerospace industry’s supply chain!This candidate will be responsible for:• Leading open-source research reviews of prospective and current suppliers• Monitoring critical and digital supply chain (DSC) suppliers for red-flag security events• Strengthening supplier security protocols through engagement and support• Developing and producing detailed intelligence analysis products on threats to the supply chain threats and potential impacts to Aeronautics • Presenting intelligence product and analysis findings to both technical and non-technical audiences• Building a network of connections with Lockheed Martin internal and external customers to strengthen the company’s supply chainBasic Qualifications:Experience in conducting or managing comprehensive investigations and/or intelligence research and analysisKnowledge of common adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to illegally acquire technology, compromise supply chains or weaken supply chain resiliency Experience interpreting specific government policies and procedures relating to the field, such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs)Interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desired Skills:Leadership Experience, including recruiting, training and developing subordinatesKnowledge or experience working in DoD contracting environment Knowledge or experience working in supply chain security mattersUnderstanding of Collateral and Special Access Programs SecurityAbility to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearanceWell-established liaison network in the intelligence and federal law enforcement communitiesBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 12-years of professional experience; or four-years of professional experience with a related master’s degree.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Top SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $112,800 - $216,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $129,700 - $244,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
