Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Landover, MD (must have reliable transportation)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while also driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
 
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services 
- Process orders accurately and efficiently 
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business 
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 

Qualifications: 
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
