We are seeking an Agent Success Manager that will support the Wells and Sanford offices. This position participates in multiple facets of the field support team.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities/Duties

  • Generation of new business by initiating connections with prospective agents and potential customers at community events and trade shows.
  • Complement the brand building that The Masiello Group is creating and distributing through means such as Facebook Reels, local chamber meetings, networking events with REALTORS, Realtor Board meetings, etc.
  • Work with the Regional/Office Sales Director/Managing Broker to prioritize events for the team.
  • Create opportunities for the team to work with the public that allows for volunteering, fundraising, or other community events for agents to attend and grow the brand.

Agent Success Responsibilities/Duties

  • Onboarding new agents, overseeing agent completion of Building Foundations training program.
  • Supporting agent needs for tool usage and marketing.
  • Assisting agents in executing their business plans.
  • Facilitating the integration of newly acquired firms into our Sales team.
  • Create and implement a roadmap for training with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate and The Masiello Group to ensure all agents can access and implement the offerings to grow in their business.
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results. Modify as needed based on the results of the follow-up studies.
  • Provide in-person training and follow-ups of offerings from the company.
  • Accountability programs for agents around the Foundations course and its content. Provide group and individual training and coaching to support agent adoption and implementation of tools.
  • Develop and maintain training communications to ensure agents and customer have knowledge of training events.
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of The Masiello Group and the Region.
  • Regularly reports on performance of the program and communications business impact through monthly and/or quarterly reviews with Sales Director/Managing Broker.
  • Creates a positive learning environment!

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of agent customer databases (CRM).
  • Assist in maintaining agent web leads; custom follow-up campaigns, newsletters, and correspondence in customer databases (CRM).
  • Assist in producing regular customer databases prospecting via direct mail and eBlasts to agent contacts.
  • Ordering thank you gifts, closing gifts, and branded promotional material through company store.
  • Personalization and customization of agent websites.
  • Schedule customer celebratory closing anniversary flyers and ePostcards
  • Ensuring file compliance.
  • Provide consumer content for business promotion on social media platforms.
  • Assist with 3rd party website accuracy.
  • Assist with open house promotional activities.
  • Advanced training opportunities in all software platforms.
  • Previous experience with Canva platform and social media/marketing.
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and positive team player.
  • Problem solver that requires little to no direction.
  • Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary
