Academic Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Clinical Educator for our Internal Medicine Residency Program’s Academic Outpatient Clinic
• Location:  Bridgeport, CT
• Setting: 100%, office-based, academic, outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule:  Full-time, weekdays
• Phone Call Only:  as needed back up for Internal Medicine Residents
• Base salary: $230,000+, Incentive Plan
• Other compensation: Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary teaching and supervision to medical students and residents within the Primary Care Internal Medicine setting.
• Lead didactic teaching sessions aimed at enhancing the educational experience of learners.
• Contribute actively to the development and enrichment of the St. Vincent’s Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Demonstrate potential for assuming a Core Faculty role within the St. Vincent’s Internal Medicine Residency program.
• Faculty appointment with the esteemed Frank H. Netter School of Medicine.

Qualifications

Requirements:

•           Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)

•           BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
