DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or within property management, sales, or related experience

Your responsibilities demand not just good, but great communication skills, as you are constantly in touch with various clients. From being readily available to jump on a call at a moment's notice to personally visiting properties to capture compelling marketing photos, you thrive in an environment where proactivity is key. Understanding financial statements is fundamental to your role, as you need to effectively analyze and interpret them to make informed decisions. On the sales front, you are deeply involved in direct communication with both prospective and existing property owners. This involves keeping them updated about property status and tenant matters and engaging with existing owners to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services. Overall, your role demands agility, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage the day-to-day operations.
