Job Details

Documented experience in ground up multifamily builds
Wood frame experience
Understanding of wrap/podium multifamily projects
Strong knowledge and experience in construction project management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents
Experience in coordinating and managing subcontractors
Proficiency in construction scheduling and budgeting
