QA Associate 1

Our client, a leading Biotech company, is seeking a QA Associate to join their team. As a QA Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: QA Associate 

Location: Winchester, KY 

Pay: $26/h + Benefits 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee manufacturing operations by reviewing and approving documents, monitoring activities, and testing samples. 

• Conduct real-time audits of batch records to ensure completeness and compliance. 

• Perform room and equipment clearances and microbial swabbing for environmental monitoring. 

• Monitor production areas for compliance with SOP/cGMP/batch record and safety requirements. 

• Initiate and manage deviation reports and assist in investigations. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related science or technical field with 2 years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant work experience in a GMP manufacturing environment. 

• Knowledge of cGMP, CFR, and SOP guidelines. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough audits. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 

• Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma or ASQ certification.
