Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic

Established construction company is looking to hire a heavy equipment mechanic. Applicant should have prior experience, should be able to move trucks and equipment around the yard and perform routine maintenance. Company will train for major repairs. Having own basic hand tools to complete routine maintenance is a positive.

Responsibilities:

-Perform routine maintenance on construction equipment, cranes

-Maintain repair logs

-Repair heavy equipment as needed

Qualifications:

-Experience with repairing heavy equipment

-Have you own basic hand tools

-Some operating experience preferred

-Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and electrical systems

-Must have at least 2 years experience as heavy diesel mechanic

Applicant should be self motivated with the ability to work as an individual or with a team of associates to complete projects.
