Drop and Count Team Member, Hamburg Gaming - Full-time / Part-time

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Count Team Members at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Count Team Member, you will count and sort previous days' soft money and gaming chips accurately and in a timely manner, following all company and state policies and procedures.

Responsibilities 

• Unlock and relock gaming machines.
• Replace cash boxes and transport them to designated shelves.
• Move drop boxes to count room.
• Verify, proof, strap, and brick all monies.
• Support team for smooth operation.
• Adhere to company policies and security protocols.

Qualifications 

• Minimum age requirement od 18 years old.
• A New York State Gaming License is necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written directives.
• Basic proficiency in mathematics is essential.
• Proficient in handling large sums of money with integrity and professionalism.

Physical Requirements 

• Regularly involves lifting, bending, crouching, pushing, and pulling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to frequently lift to 50 pounds.
• Expected to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Exposure to high levels of noise due to volume.
