Procurement and Payables Manager and Assistants

Looking for Procurement Managers and Procurement Assistants to work on an auditing, procurement, and budgeting project.

Duties:

• Determine if invoices are eligible for payment by matching it against the budgeted expense
• Perform audit to make sure the bill is appropriate against the budget and the contract norms and then get it into the system for payment
• Review over 200 contracts with their own specified budgets, and understand the standard rates for specific services  
• Ensure that when requests for payment comes in, that the invoice has the correct rates 
• Make sure there isn't any over spending in any categories
• Inform vendors to revise budgets as needed
• Approve expenses, and put them through the system to send the payment request to the comptroller

Requirements:

• Previous experience in procurement, accounts payables, and auditing is required
• Previous government, non-profit, or social service experience  is required
• Analytical skills
• Must be detail-oriented
