As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with one member of our community in both home and work environments, assisting them with daily tasks, promoting skill development, and fostering meaningful connections within their communities. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional willing to work 7 AM-10 AM, evenings, and weekends. Shifts are flexible based on your availability, with part-time or full-time caseloads.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate support.
• Reliability and dependability - you'll be someone our community can count on.
• Valid CA driver's license, car insurance, reliable vehicle, and 2 years driving experience.
• A solid work history and references that can attest to your dependability and reliability.
