Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. This role involves performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital radiography equipment, conducting EKGs, and ensuring clear communication with various stakeholders. This position requires travel to different facilities, and it’s essential to maintain professionalism and efficiency at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport it into facilities to perform exams as ordered by physicians.
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit the results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, following established protocols.
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch and management.
- Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain the vehicle and X-Ray equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in ANY of the following:
- Meditech RAD – Radiology
- Mammography
- Radiology
- Echocardiogram (echo)
- Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG)
- Echocardiography
- Certifications:
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification/license.
- Valid Regular Driver’s License (DL) certification/license.
- Health: Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination required.
