Our company is seeking an energetic, patient and communicative individual to fill the open position of full-time customer service representative. The customer service representative for our company is responsible for managing incoming customer service calls, delegating customer service tasks and supporting the company’s customer service goals. Typical duties include:
Manage a high-volume queue of incoming calls
Input and edit information on customer profiles
Upsell customers on additional products and services
Resolve customer issues by delegating tasks to the appropriate departments
Process orders placed by customers
Educate customers on company policies in a polite and respectful manner
Ensure customer satisfaction in every situation
Verify customer account information
Handle special projects related to product recalls or service issues
Abide by company policies and adhere to strict corporate guidelines for customer communication
Knowledge of basic computer programs and systems
Active listening skills
Experience with corporate phone systems
Previous customer service experience
