Job Title ndash Human Resources GeneralistLocation Atlanta, GASalary Grade Full time employeeDate ndash Immediate - 2 weeks' notice We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our SecurEnds team would be responsible to implement various human resources programs. Having a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. The goal is to ensure the HR departmentrsquos operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes 2. Administer compensation and benefit plans 3. Conduct employee onboarding including form I-9 process and help organize training development initiatives. 4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 5. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies 6. Organize Annual Employee Performance Reviews 7. Maintain employee files and records 8. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities 9. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. 10. Execute Non-disclosure Agreements for Sales Team. 11. Review and distribute ClientVendor documents to correct channel for further processing. 12. Responsible for Accounts payable and receivables. 13. Manage Invoices (preparation, collection, follow up, payment etc.) 14. Administer Contracts (filing, tracking renewals etc.) Competencies 1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist 2. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures 3. Good knowledge of employmentlabor laws 4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office HRIS systems and QuickBooks required. 5. Excellent communication and people skills 6. Aptitude in problem-solving 7. Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach 8. Additional HR training will be a plus. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand walk use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 830 a.m. to 530 p.m. 1. Bachelorrsquos degree in HR, business, or a related field 2. Additional HR training or experiencecertification is a plus 3. Three to Four years of related experience
