Answers incoming phone calls in a professional manner and performs administrative activities while ensuring positive visitor experience. Transfers calls to appropriate department employees. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to department manager.
- 3+ years administrative experience, able to multitask, strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Customer Service skills with excellent work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills- regular interaction with the public/visitors.
Work Schedule is M-F, 8 am -5 pm.
Client is looking for candidate with 1st impression skills. Work is remote for now. Able to take direction well and able to work independently.
$15 per hour. Temp to hire
