The successful Senior Technical Talents Recruiter candidate will be CyberData's full employee in our Herndon HQ to drive recruiting process, meet business objectives, and fill open position.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Responsible for executing hiring plans efficiently fill vacancies with internal and external talent, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment.
Aligning business objectives and priorities with recruiting activities (sourcing, interview days, offer management)
Proactively establishing and identifying recruiting process enhancements to ensure strong candidate pipeline for all skill sets
Creates and manages talent pipelines specific to function to acquire the best talent.
Maximizes relationships with retained and contingent candidates to drive the greatest return on investment.
Provide expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, social networks, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system.
Salary negotiation and offer letter preparation.
Ensures hiring managers prioritize position requirements based on business needs
Effectively negotiates offers with high closure rate.
Ensures all contingencies are met prior to new hire orientation and hiring managers are advised of any potential delays.
Other duties as assigned.
Experienced in building networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Graduate from a reputed University preferred with 5+ year of recruitment experience.
Demonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing and negotiating skills.
Computer Literate & Internet Savvy with excellent verbal & written communication skills. Extremely good people skills with a pleasing personality.
Very good communication skills
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed multiple staff levels
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under stringent time constraints, efficient and attentive to detail
Ability to analyze research and understand requirements to resource the right candidates.
Proficient on resume search Portals like Monster, clearjobs.com, Dice, CareerBuilder, and using search engines like Google, etc Work closely with the candidates for Resume Preparation, Interview Scheduling, Initial Screening on Phone. Able to Multi-Task & Sense of Urgency.
