We are looking for upbeat, friendly and energetic people to work part-time/full time in our stores in the Miami Area (Doral. Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Kendall, West Kendall ) FL.

Wine and Spirits Sales Specialist.

Warehouse / Stocking Associate

We aren’t big box retail stores where you will sit at a register all day, rather we like to think of ourselves as “Neighborhood Shops” where you will work with locals as they walk in, get to know them by name, introduce them to new things, and have a friendly conversation. Versatile? Sometimes you will be hand-selling a customer a bottle of wine, next, you may be asked to set up a display of a new product. It is an ever-changing dynamic in the stores and we would love someone who isn’t afraid to take on a challenge and learn a new skill!

Job Responsibilities & Expectations (varies by Position)

Welcome customers and provide the highest level of service. Identify and deliver their needs.
Recommend products to customers, based on their needs and interests.
Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash and media accountability at registers.
Maintain clean and orderly the store.
Process and replenish merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention and safety standards.
Excellent customer service skills to develop a relationship-selling culture.
A passion for wine, spirits, beer is a plus
Cross and up-selling for all product categories.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
Team player.
Required Education and Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma/Associates degree or equivalent.
Previous sales and customer service experience.
Bilingual ( English & Spanish a plus)

Salary: $9.50 to 10.00 /hour
