0A Vacay is currently hiring for a property manager/property inspector position. We are a high-end vacation rental company along 30A and the surrounding area. This is a full time position. Our property managers are our eyes and ears out in the field. It is a fast paced, attention to detail, fun job!

Generally hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm at $13/hr plus weekly gas allowance. 5 days per week 40 hours per week. Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties for maintenance and housekeeping issues
• Record and report all maintenance deficiencies
• Perform light cleaning when needed
• Create and deliver guest bags and amenities
• Learn the property, such as TV’s Wifi, general layout of items in the property, etc.
• Perform inventory inspections during off season
• Check unoccupied units for proper thermostat settings, lights turned off, unauthorized use of rooms, maintenance deficiencies, etc.
• Ensure that building entry doors are secure (closed/locked)
• Drive to and from houses

Qualifications:

• MUST be highly detail oriented
• MUST exercise excellent time management skills
• Professional demeanor and upbeat attitude
• Capable of taking direction while being proactive as well
• Your own reliable transportation
• Smart phone (need to be able to text and take photos)
• Proficient in smart phone operations

Our office is located in Seagrove Beach and our properties are located from 30A to Sunnyside Beach in Panama City Beach.
