    As the Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution and positioning of our companys Backup and Disaster Recovery product portfolio. The successful candidate is smart, passionate, accountable, self-motivated and always driven to do better. He or she will have a high degree of initiative and are always looking for the best solution for customers.




             Drive the BDR portfolio strategy and clearly communicate it internally and externally

             Create, prioritize and maintain outcome driven product roadmaps

             Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context, and understand where we are going

             Work closely with Product Owners to lead product specifications, release plans and ensure business and technical feasibility for new product initiatives

             Ensure products meet customer needs by participating in customer conversations and ensuring ongoing customer feedback and validation

             Lead financial analysis on activities such as sales and retention targets, margin analysis, and monitoring the overall health of the SaaS product lines

             Develop and monitor KPIs including north star metric, usage and growth metrics, and quality benchmarks to measure and track product performance and success

             Be an expert on the MSP channel, current trends, and overall direction

             Enable Sales, Marketing and other teams with your product vision, market knowledge, and product deliveries

             Develop market requirements to capture the needs and segmentation of channel partners and customers

             Plan and execute product launches that help bring a product to market using relevant and effective channels and communications

             Drive clear and relevant sales enablement and support tools that foster industry and solution fluency across our entire sales organization

             Direct market research and competitive analysis to educate internal stakeholders, inform product roadmaps, and develop compelling narratives and campaigns.

             Work closely with the demand-gen team to ensure that product sales goals are achieved

             Refine and advance the positioning and messaging for your products

             Business travel to strategic events and customers up-to 15% per year

             This position reports to the Director of Product Management and works closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Development departments


    Experience and Skills:


             Equivalent of 5+ years of product management or similar experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, internet technology, SaaS, or a related field

             Experienced with people management techniques, employee them when necessary and inspire great work around you

             Masterfully articulate the value of the business strategy internally and externally and direct the execution of your product strategies

             History of leading teams with a vision, influencing excitement, and directing cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholders

             Proven experience defining business strategies and cross-functionally bringing software products to market

             Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills exercised 360 degrees internally throughout an organization and externally to target markets

             Strong technical skills and business acumen with a proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges through to go-to-market and business strategies


    Preferred Background:


             BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

             Background in channel based B2B businesses

             Deep knowledge of Backup Disaster Recovery products and technologies
