Hardscape/Landscape Supervisor

3D Lawn and Landscape is searching for a responsible, self-starter to be our new Hardscape/Landscape Foremen as our business is expanding and growing in this area. We will be opening our new warehouse in downtown Bettendorf in April 2021. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that serves many communities and residential neighborhoods

Must meet following criteria:

• Hardscape/Landscape experience- 4 years minimum
• Must have experience operating all equipment
• Must have good communication, sales, and management experience
• Salary: Competitive pay

The Hardscape Supervisor's responsibilities to include but not limited to.

• The coordination and scheduling of the hardscape crews,
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hardscape construction projects they are assigned,
• Coordinate and schedule all hardscape project materials and deliveries,
• Communicate the project time-sensitive task sequence to all Project Managers and material suppliers to effectively achieve customer satisfaction,
• Manages the assignment of company equipment to maximize efficiency for each assigned project to maintain schedules and meeting budget goals,
• Daily report the project(s) progress and schedule to the company President,
• Serving as the on-site representative for the Company with customers and/or contractors,
• Maintaining strong customer and community relationships, and perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate,
• Attend commercial project pre-construction and job meetings (when necessary),
• Performs field and some office related activities for each project including initial scheduling activities
