Staffing Coordinator Position Job Summary: First Light Home Care of Las Vegas is in search of a permanent employee to work intermittent nights and weekends to oversee all telephone calls and text messages from clients, potential clients, and caregivers/personal care attendants. The right candidate should be attentive, compassionate, self-starter, and a problem-solver. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive the employee will be expected to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Working Hours: Weeknights 5pm-8am, Friday 5pm-Monday 8am, Holidays - In-office Training Required prior to starting on-call independently - Staffing Duties: o respond to employee call-off's o staff shifts with caregivers whose skills match client needs o communicate schedule changes to clients in a timely manner - Liaison: respond and resolve, diffuse minor client/caregiver issues, escalate challenging issues. - Administrative Duties: document schedule changes in Teletrack, emails - Professional Communication: via email, text, Teletrack app, telephone - Write and send shift reports regularly - Attend mandatory meetings Qualifications: - Some medical, homecare knowledge - Prior Scheduling, medical, and/or homecare experience - Computer and cell phone savvy - Valid Driver's license, car insurance, and working vehicle - Highschool diploma or GED - Internet connection, cell phone with text, app, call capabilities - Excellent telephone and communication skills Compensation will be discussed at interview.
