Job Description

CertaPro Painters of Fairfax and Prince William counties is looking for an accomplished, energetic, and competitive, sales professional to serve Northern Virginia and, possibly, some Maryland areas as a Commercial Sales Associate (CSA). The perfect candidate has a warm engaging personality; brings high energy and a strong work ethic; and has pride in satisfying their customers. The successful CSA will be able to listen to customer needs (including scope of work, scheduling, and budget) and work closely with the customer to provide a winning and producible solution. The successful CSA will persist towards hitting goals and possess a "winning" attitude. Our CSA is responsible for meeting with our prospects and customers at their office, at the jobsite, or at other venues conducive to building professional relationships and winning projects. Our CSA will lead our commercial business development activities in order to gather Requests for Proposal (RFPs) or equivalent statements of work for commercial projects. Our CSA must be able to learn and apply estimating software/tools and commercial coatings expertise. Our CSA must be able to convert an accurate estimate into an accurate, detailed, and high quality proposal. Our CSA will become the subject matter expert in the field of commercial coatings solutions and will create and present customized solutions for customer painting projects and related services. The keys to success in the CSA role are the abilities to build relationships with our customers and work with them as a consultative salesperson.

Compensation includes a strong base salary + uncapped commissions, health care stipend, cell phone, laptop/tablet, and gas/vehicle allowance. The successful CSA will earn $50k to $120k+ in compensation annually.
