                    Job Description

                    50 Floor, Inc. is looking for a team-oriented Administrative Assistant. The position will support the office with all general administrative duties as well as facilitating order and payment processing.

                    The right fit for this position will enjoy a variety of tasks, be motivated by being a key support, enjoy helping others, and have the ability to complete high quality, accurate work in a timely manner. 

                     Responsibilities:  

                    •  Administer and support branch with all clerical tasks such as scanning/copying/faxing, and data entry 
                    •  Answer and route calls using multi-line phone system and contact customers as needed
                    •  Calculate contractor payment amounts and forward orders and supporting documentation timely to corporate office to initiate payment processing
                    •  Process customer payments/returns and bank deposits in accounting software
                    •  Review and ensure accuracy of information and orders
                    •  Generate internal reports and research reports against data and investigate discrepancies
                    •  Order office and warehouse supplies
                    •  Maintain accurate customer records and an organized filing system
                    •  Handle special projects or tasks as assigned

                    •  Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 
                    •  Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
                    •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
                    •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

                    •  Good basic math skills 
                    •  Proficiency with MS Office software suite

                    Requirements:  

                    •  High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; college coursework preferred 
                    •  2+ years of administrative support experience 
                    •  1+ years of experience with payment processing desired 
                    •  Experience with Accounting software preferred
