The Production Lab Technician will be responsible for:
*Support assembly, debug, test and repair of prototype and production embedded hardware.
*Create and follow work instructions. Must be able to follow company procedures and understand product drawings.
*Soldering and assembling to IPC and military standards.
*Perform mechanical assembly of VPX/VME type hardware modules.
*Setup and execute bench testing as well as thermal testing of production assemblies, including the placement of thermal probes and recording of results.
*Help track and maintain change records for production and engineering prototype assemblies in EMQ and SAP.
*Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
*RWS data entry and incoming inspection of RMA's.
*Undertake training and follow all standard operating procedures.
*Responsible for cycle counting inventory
