Position BA SME - Dealer incentive programs Location Herndon, Virginia Duration Full TimeContract Job Description Responsibilities bullUnderstand and capture business requirements in a clear, crisp and through manner bullAlign to clientrsquos strategic vision, in line with the clientrsquos standards and policies bullAnalyse auto sales data across various regions and create insights on sales patterns etc. bullAbility to think analytically and converge the sales patterns to incentive schemes bullConnect to relevant stakeholders and ask pertinent Questions, where required to go into the details bullBuild relevant business case ndash ROI payback period for possible solution options bullInteract and work with other 3rd party vendors on blueprinting and solutioning Must have skills bullStrong business analysis background bullStrong automotive sales aftersales domain experience bullBusiness requirements gathering with specific, easily understood, thorough, and accurate requirements bullDocument user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), processworkflow diagrams, screen mock-ups, etc. bullHigh level understanding of product tech stack architecture and ability, to hold tech discussion with respective teams bullAnalysis of solution options to identify ideal fit with business value, usability and technical feasibility bullVery Strong communication skills and be very articulate
