    FEED is seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our team! This person will partner with the design and product development team to help bring our products to life across a variety of categories including bags, accessories, jewelry, kids and home goods.

    This position will report directly to our Director of Product and work from our headquarters in New York City. Due to the pandemic, FEED is currently working remotely, but has plans to return to the office as soon as safely possible.     • Assist Director of Product with production and shipping for all channels
    • Chase design and product development team for on time T&A deliverables    
    • Partner with Director of Product to maintain data entry for production WIP charts
    • Negotiate costing with factories and suppliers
    • Issue PO for bulk products, materials, and trims
    • Assign/create SKU, UPC, barcode sticker for new products
    • Manage trim inventory for PPS and bulk production
    • Track PPS and TOP deliveries, and provide comment/approval upon receipt
    • Organize and archive incoming production samples, dips, bulk cuttings
    • Coordinate with vendors and freight forwarders to book and track bulk shipments
    • Reconcile and approve production invoices, as well as actualize freight charges
    • Communicate product damages/defects to manufacturing partners


    • 3-4 years of production experience
    • Degree in production or fashion related field (preferred, but not required)
    • Strong understanding of production and shipping procedures
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Thrives when s/he is working on multiple projects with quick deadlines
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (preferred, but not required)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must be proactive, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented
    • Tons of creative and positive energy to contribute to a small team with large ambitions
