- Welcomes patients and visitors in person and on the telephone;
- Answer inquiries or refers questions to the appropriate team member
- Manage patient workflow and data in an electronic format
- Basic administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, scanning documents
- Insurance verification and collection of co-pays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- May assist other team members with their duties as workload dictates
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- High school diploma
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with some medical terminology is preferred, but not required
